Why should we have to put up with a home that’s anything less than pleasing to live and entertain in? And why shouldn’t our home be everything it can be? I’m sure we can think of many answers to both these questions. If we call the answers barriers or ‘pain points’ then put simply, our goal for realtyRETURNS is to eliminate the barriers and pain of property improvement. This ethos is at the heart of absolutely everything we do. If you’re anything like us, you’ll just love the sight of a nice home and you know it instinctively when you see it. It feels right, it’s balanced, it has a flow and it has soul.

Over the years we’ve collected a fair library of home magazines and when our guests flick through them their eyes sparkle and we hear the words “I wish I could do that to my place”. If asked “why don’t you?” the answer is always the same… “where do you start… how much would that cost… where do you get the money… have you ever tried getting a builder?” Probe a little more and out come the stories for example “A friend renovated, and what started out as a $150,000 renovation turned into a $250,000 nightmare”. We know lots of good suppliers and we know how to get people working together.

realtyRETURNS covers the Wellington Region and is looked after by Michelle and Fiona.

Michelle is the managing director of realtyRETURNS and spent years in the corporate world before starting realtyRETURNS and knows that process and control of detail creates the results. With the assistance of some amazing people she's pulled everything together to make her dream a reality - to create the ultimate renovation agency service focused on giving the client the outcome they want, using world class technology to manage the detail through a process that is now proven. Michelle looks after the West side of Wellington from Pukerua Bay down to Karori.

Fiona has spent many years in judicial support and some time in real estate and is the franchise owner looking after the East side of Wellington from Upper Hutt down to Seatoun.
